The apartment is located on the 9th floor in the corner of the building with two balconies. Open plan with sliding doors from living room, dining room and master bedroom to the balconies with amazing views over the see, Puerto Marina, the pool and the city. Master bedroom provides double bed, closet and access to the balcony. The second bedroom provides two single beds and closet. 1 newly furbished bathroom with dusch cabin and 1 small toilet with sink. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. You will also get access to all amenities of the community including swimming pools (seasonal) with pool showers. Please feel yourself at home! We are available to any type of communications to make the stay as easy as possible. A short 200-meter walk brings you to the vibrant Puerto Marina, a hub of activity featuring world-class restaurants, charming cafes, and exciting boat tours to Fuengirola and beyond. Don’t miss the chance to explore Sea Life, an enchanting aquarium that’s perfect for visitors of all ages. For those who enjoy exploring further, crossing Puerto Marina leads you directly into Torremolinos, known for its expansive golden beaches and lively coastal atmosphere. This location truly combines the best of relaxation and adventure, making it the ideal base for your Costa del Sol getaway. The parking is across the street but you can also park in front of the building for boarding. Two bus stations for public transport are 200m away from the building. The buses provide several tours hourly for transport to Malaga, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Mijas. Other amenities/facilities that are free for our guests: full linen sets with additional pillows and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. Please also make sure that the community pool is seasonal. You can check the dates with us, which are set for each season separately. Please make sure the pools are seasonal! Please be advised that, starting from September 2024, water use restrictions are in place in the Andalusia region due to an ongoing drought. This temporarily limits the use of swimming pools until further notice from the Junta de Andalucía.
