„This property deserves a review to help others understand the layout. We are two middle aged adults and it worked for us. If you have young children this is THE PLACE TO BE. The unit has 2 lofts that are 3.5-4’ tall both have a toilet and sink. Both have tall ladders to climb to get up. We looked up there and left it at that. But they would be such fun rooms for kids. There is a treehouse that would also be really fun for kids or teens. The main house is well equipped. The issue we had is ...

„This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.“
