My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard. ...

„Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot.“
