„This room looks to be renovated fairly recently. Room is small but sufficient, bathroom is large with a double shower! The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. Overall a good deal for the price!“

„Look. For the price. And location. If you need to be in this area and not pay too much. This is the spot. Like others have said it is clean enough but I am sure no one has done a deep clean to the unit I was in for quite some time. Pockets of the floor felt like sub floor was rotted out. Smell of some aort of mold? Something. Super noisy birds and area can be loud. But it has a good bed, TV, bathroom, what more do you really need?“

„Stayed just one night. Check in was easy. Unfortunately our first room--despite the no smoking policy--had obviously been smoked in and reeked. Fortunately though, they had another room available and it was just fine. If we had been stuck in that room, this would be a completely different review. Manager was welcoming and friendly. Parking was tight, but manageable. Great location... walking distance to Chuck's--don't miss it!“

„The renovation was excellent. This was one of cleanest and well equipped rooms I've stayed in and the grocery store was steps away. The host was also very kind. Check in is at 3pm, don't show up early, as there is a 20 dollar an hour early check in fee“
