„Everything was as described. Extremely clean and very roomy. “

„The house was very comfortable for us and very central to everything we wanted to do. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog and Thomaston has the best dog park, about a 3 minute drive from the house. It’s not really a walkable neighborhood, but that was the only downside. We would definitely stay here again!“

„An excellent waterfront house in owls head.The property was just as described in the listing and accompanying photos, which is not always the case in our experience. The location is very close to all the restaurants and other must-sees in the Rockland area, and the view of the bay and harbor from inside the house is extraordinary. The configuration of the house is very user friendly, and having available ac is a real plus.“

„Beautiful home, must drive to the harbor“

„The perfect Maine getaway! Wayne & Jin were warm, welcoming & friendly hosts. Jin filled the vrbo with flowers from her garden and gave us greens for dinner one night. Well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Washer & dryer. Great location! View of the water! Very clean & minimal decor. Light & bright! We enjoyed sitting in the yard in the afternoon!“

„Everything was fantastic at this property. There is no A/C, so the upstairs gets hot. But this was clearly not in the listing. And there are also plenty of fans. The property managers yelled quickly to every question we had. Extremely helpful. Thank you... Well be back! “

„Such a great little place to stay - the neighborhood is so cute and lots of places to walk. The house has everything you need. Bathroom is large - 2 sinks. Beds are comfortable. Loved the snacks that they provided and coffee/cream. Loved the front sitting area. All was perfect!“

„My friends and I had a great time at Come Spring Farm! We got hit with a lot of rain as soon as we arrived and it was really cool to watch the storm through the windows in the dome. We were impressed with the bathroom/shower facilities and the Coop hang out space, and I was thrilled to help feed the animals in the morning. We hope to return soon!“

„Our little group of three had a wonderful time in Rockland. Paul and Molly are lovely hosts, we even received a plate of homemade brownies that were delicious. Their dog, Jacques, brought joy to my day and i looked forward to our daily interactions. We absolutely loved the local restaurants and the convenient location of the house to everything“

„Well maintained older property with a gorgeous view across a large backyard. A great place to crash while exploring Maine. Everything we needed was available plus more entertainment in the garage we didn’t have time to take advantage of. The A/C splits were a welcome addition since it was 90 on some of our days there. “

„This property was very modern and looked newly renovated. It was way more spacious than we were expecting! Exceptionally clean and host is very accommodating. If ever back in the area again, we would choose this spot! Appreciate Stephen and all his help. “
