„The loft is spacious and has an historical ambiance. We appreciated the gated, free parking. The entrance process into the building is not convenient. The area the building is located in, though only five minutes to downtown, is in a very rundown area. The tenants or guests located above us were noisy and argumentative with one another which was disturbing. Though we were able to climb the stairs up and down to the apartment, some renters might find it difficult to do so.“

„The property was clean. Limited amount of family room and dining spaces. The house is 90% bedrooms and that is it. Not much of anything. Bath room facilities were minimal - no hooks to hang dry clothes, needs a lot of improvements, looks like a dorm bathroom not a luxury one. bedroom linens were kind of old and shabby looking.“
