Charming apartment on two levels, surrounded by nature and located in a newly renovated semi-detached house with garden and parking space. The accommodation opens onto a beautiful living room surmounted by exposed wooden beams and furnished with a sofa, armchairs and dining table. The kitchen, independent and on the same floor as the living area, is equipped with an induction cooktop, toaster and microwave. This is followed by a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower stall.Reaching the upper floor of the house we find a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom equipped with shower, bidet and hair dryer.
