„My son and I were in Fayetteville for a baseball tournament and stayed at this property. It is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are very firm for my taste but were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for cooking small meals but the cooktop is small. There is no oven but there is a nice toaster oven / air fryer large enough to cook a pizza in. „The location was safe and secure, while also being easy to find and located with convenient access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping. The studio apartment was thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and provided everything we needed for a completely relaxing stay. The hosts could not have been more cordial or helpful, always available and responsive but never intrusive. There was an atmosphere of genuine welcome from the moment we arrived -- and we certainly plan to return! “
