„We arrived a day late due to the timing of our flight and the water taxi times. When we arrived our room was not ready although it was the next day. They first stated that they had given the room to someone else but then they apologized and said it was actually available but not clean yet. „This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.“

„Looking to get my money back. I planned to stay for 4 days or longer. I was there for half a day and that was because I couldn’t get a taxi to another hotel. I had to pay for another hotel and taxi to get away. The amount of bug activity was ridiculous.“

„This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!“
