„The service by the staff was extraordinarily they all made such an effort to make my stay as happy and as content as the team could. All the staff seem so well trained in customer service, they were all professional very polite, kind and welcoming.
The manager Joe recommended what activities were available on the island, they organised for drivers from and back to the hotel. They helped me arrange all activities.

„I think its very expensive for the condition of the room. This is an old resort. The pool has cloudy water. Lucky i stayed here on my last day after 2 week. I felt its a rip off and this place make me want to leave for home. “

„Very pleased with this choice of Hotel . New hôtel, large and spacious room, 2min from the beach Pandam. Close to inner city. I visited for the Eclipse and wanted a scooter to roam around . All was booked everywhere, still, staff managed to arrange one for me. Staff extremely helpful. Very good food at the hotel restaurant (but smallish portions) Only drawback: my stay was too short. I loved Belitung ;)“
