hervorzuheben sei die ausgesprochen hohe Hilfsbereitschaft des Leiters des BB Michael. Er hatte viel Stress und war immer sehr beschäftigt. Aber nicht desto trotz war er mit Rat und Tat immer für uns da. Einen solchen Service erlebe man selten.

Good place to stay while traveling. Breakfast (continental) with good choice. Noises (tv) could easily be heard from neighbouring rooms.

Our experience at Ashfield Bed and Breakfast was great. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet, We enjoyed breakfast each morning and appreciated quick access to public transportation along with quick service from local taxis and Ubers.

Lovely property and staff. Only downside was the rooms werent very soundproofed and there was a very noisy group of people next door. Hotel nanager was very apologetic when it wasnt his fault. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay and very close to the airport and train station. The walls are on the thin side though, so I was woken up by my neighbors at 4am on one of my nights there :(

Did not find the the owner Michael friendly I had to ask all the questions I did get a very spacious room No 2 which had a one double bed and a single bed I found the room cold I had to take covers of the single bed to but on my double bed to keep myself warm I was also woken at 3-30am in the morning with the noise from room 3 from people talking loud I relation to breakfast it was contentail Michael told me to help myself he just went off and and even did not come around the breakfast Rommel to see did I require any assistance Over all I will not be returning or recommending this B&B to my friends

Dear David, Sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience ! I have passed on your feedback to the housekeeper Michael. We maintain a steady comfortable temperature in the bnb which is neither too hot or cold as guests have different preference. Wish you had called us, and we would have increased the temperature.

Warm welcoming and friendly, highly recommended.
My friend and I stayed one night, Michael greeted us warmly and nothing was too much trouble. Check in was smooth, he showed us to our room and explained everything. Breakfast was a DIY affair, plenty of choice and he was there throughout filling things up. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the Ashfield B&B and would book again. There is a bus stop outside that takes you into the City £2.20 each. A taxi is £11, one way. A great location, close to City Airport ( George Best).

A hidden gem in East Belfast. I have driven past this establishment many times and decided to chose it as it was close to Belfast City Airport. And I had sold my house as I was moving abroad to retire and needed a short term place to stay. The B&B is clean, rooms are warm and comfortable as are the beds, hot shower was always available in the morning and although the breakfast is continental it does set you up for the day. Thoroughly enjoyable stay would highly recommend

Great short city break

The room was musky smelling due to older carpet. Mind you, it had rained a lot when we’re were there. Mike was very accommodating and the room was clean. The breakfast was not fresh bake goods, that one would expect from a B&B facility.

I’ve read the other reviews and don’t know how in the world this place gets a 5 star rating. The grounds are very unkept and the rooms are dated and not very clean or comfortable.

This is the best B&B so far. I usally wait tell the end of the trip to do my reveiws but as im sitting here in a more expensive place but without the feel good vibes i had to write it. The welcome we received was bright and cheery. Then as we had found we wanted to stay for another couple of days we were encouraged to stay. The breakfast in the morning is fresh and hearty and the company is entertaining. Also the city center is a comfortable hour walk away or 10 minutes by cab. If u walk u wont be disapointed there are beautiful veiws along the way. Dont miss out on this must stay B&B!

it is what it is....I maybe expected more
Its in a quiet area, good parking, nice room with desk etc to work and a really comfy bed. Radiator had been leaking and carpet wet - resolved very quickly though. Damp smell but things happen. Opportunities? yes: what looked like an iron/burn mark on bedsheet (hope that's all), desk chair will collapse at some point, get some hangers for the wardrobe, had to iron my shirt on the table/pillowcase as no ironing board, new shower seal needed as brown, room service nicked my day 2 towel? Brekky not on until 8am (its and NI thing) but i grabbed cereal/brew myself. You cant do anything about the adjacent noisy guest in room 4

Nice place to stay
Absolutely loved our stay here. Michael was fabulous - looked after us. Short walk to the train station to get into the city - £2.00 off-peak return on the train. Nice size room; bathroom clean & tidy. Good value for money. Make sure you ask Michael for poached eggs!

Todo fenomenal. Un B&B limpio y bonito. Muy practico si vienes del aeropuerto o vas ahí (se puede incluso ir andando en 25min). En la zona no hay mucho, es residencial, pero en 20min en bus estas en el centro.
