Bad location (hard to get an Uber to Beirut), hotel is new but not yet ready (pool on the roof still closed), personal is very friendly but unprofessional (private phone calls, etc), military area directly next to the hotel. The strategy and philosophy of the hotel is nice but doesn’t work so far. Cannot recommend it.

Dear anonymous guest, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re sorry you didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool, however it’s been open for a couple of months now so perhaps there was a misunderstanding about whether it was open or not during your stay. It’s also unfortunate you had problems with transportation, typically an Uber to downtown Beirut costs between 5 and 10 USD from our hotel. We hope to welcome you again to Bossa Nova Beirut and thank you for your comments.

Nice but far
The hotel is nice and modern but the location is bad, there is nothing near by and everything need a car. And the pool is so small

Hidden Gem
Best stay we’ve experienced in Beirut. The staff is sooo welcoming, room VERY clean and the food amazing!! I can’t compliment enough this hidden gem. We’re planning to use this hotel every time we visit going forward. When at the bar, ask for “Tropical Joe”...he can make a really, really awesome drink!

Bir daha mı, asla.
Yeni bir otel olmasının dışında tercih edilmesi için bir neden yok. Bunun yanı sıra, lobide içtiğimiz şarap adisyona fazla yazılmış, adisyon kontrol edilmeden ücret ödendikten sonra farkettik, verdikleri yanıt ''bir sonraki seyahatinizde size indirim uygularız'' oldu.

Brand new hotel in an ancient city with industrial chic decor. The staff was attentive and friendly. The location is ideal, close enough to everything yet far enough not to waste time in traffic getting to your hotel.
