Amazing stay, cleanliness and service wonderful. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with the booking of tickets to tourist attraction, changing of dates and refunding us. We indicated that it was for a birthday celebration and when we arrived to the room it was nicely decorated. We checked in and went out, by the time we came back they surprised us with a birthday cake in the room. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Accessible to metro within minutes of walk. Shopping malls and selection of restaurants nearby. Just a stop or 2 away from forbidden city and tiananmen Square. Upgraded to a suite. Pleasant comfortable stay with family of 4. Staff service was great, even with last minute request for transport to great wall. Thanks for the arrangement.

一号線の西単駅からも、5分強ほどで、デパートも近く、便利でした。 部屋も広く、トイレも2つあり、加湿器付きの空気清浄機もあって、5つ星のホテルの中では安く、とても満足です。 ただ一つ、トイレのゴミ箱に少しだけゴミが残っていたのが残念な点でしたが、 北京に来る際は、また利用したいです。

The hotel room is huge and clean. Staff are friendly, especially Mr Neo, who offered to help us to purchase the forbidden city entrance ticket online, and etc. The hotel is just located besides a huge shopping mall 'Joy City', with lots of international brand and local brand shops and resturants. There are also afew 'older' shopping mall along the streets. A local food eating house is situated just across the hotel, and also afew local food stall at the older shopping mall nearby, so gettting economical meals is convenient.

Location was good. The room was very warm as the thermostat could not be changed, this made it uncomfortable to sleep through the night. We stayed 3 nights so it was quite tough. We had a faulty shower which we requested to be fixed and this wasn’t done. All else was good.

The hotel was about a 15 Min walk to the metro. Lots of shopping in the area. Lots of people too. I would like to commend Kevin Kang for his exceptional service in helping me retrieve my items which I had accidentally left behind when I checked out. He arranged for its delivery to another city where I was n followed up to ensure I had received them, even though he wasn't working that day. Thanks for giving me peace of mind. Examplery service. Keep it up. I would strongly suggest the hotel provide some seating in lobby. There were none.

전반적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다. 몇분 직원을 제외하고는 서비스가 좋았습니다. 다만 룸서비스 음식은 기대보다는 별로 였습니다. 시내 중심가라 위치도 좋고 방도 넓엇으나 청소는 먼지가 돌아다닐만큼 완전 깨끗은 아니였습니다.
