„Standard room. Nothing special“

„Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!“

„This was our first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last. From beginning to end a wonderful experience. Both hosts professional, friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Comfy beds with super shower and spotless well equipped room. Made to feel extremely welcome 😊“

„Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!“

„Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal im Cliff-Hotel anläßlich einer Hochzeit bei Freunden. Der Service ist ok, die Betten gut. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist allerdings ein Witz, viel zu dunkel, keine Beleuchtung in Spiegelnähe, nur ein paar eingebaute Deckenleuchten. Zum Schminken etc. muss man sich im Zimmer vor den Spiegel setzen. „This is an ideal place to stay with your family to relax and enjoy to sit in the well kept garden surrounding the main buildings. On a nice day one can take a swim in the out door pool.I wish I had booked more than one night “

„Frühstück war englisch und super“

Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.“

„Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.“

„Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area ...
