Bedford Serene Retreat - 5 Bedrooms

Welcome to our beautiful house in Bedford. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Some events are welcome, subject to a written agreement and extra fees.

Our serviced accommodation has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 Guests (A MINIMUM OF 72-HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE CONFIGURATION OF THE BEDS CHANGED) -

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Super king bed or 2 singles ( Please request what you would like) PLUS ensuite

Bedroom 2: Super king bed or 2 singles ( Please request what you would like) PLUS ensuite

Bedroom 3: Super king bed or 2 singles ( Please request what you would like)

Bedroom 4: 1 Single bed

GROUND FLOOR:
Bedroom 5: 1 Single bed

Reception 1: 2 Double Sofa beds

There are 4.5 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath, and an over-bath shower.

The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

The fourth bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

There is also one cloakroom.

Our property is professionally cleaned and offers free WiFi.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.

- SOME EVENTS ARE ALLOWED BUT HAVE TO BE AGREED UPON IN WRITING AND FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
PLEASE NOTE: Our guest ID verification process, payment of a security deposit, and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions will need to be completed before your reservation is confirmed.

We offer discounts on bookings of over 7 nights so, if you are in the area for a long term, please drop us a line and we would be glad to work something out for you.
