This location and its three bedrooms present significant potential; however, the current insufficient amenities detract from its overall appeal.
The bedding provided was uncomfortable. The children's bedrooms were equipped with inexpensive slatted IKEA beds topped with spring mattresses, which frequently dislodged. This issue caused apprehension among the children, particularly after the slats fell out while they were preparing for bed.
The unit experienced considerable noise due to thin windows that did not seal properly. Despite using earplugs, loud traffic and train noises were audible throughout the night.
One bedroom featured a door that opened directly into the main hallway. While not a critical issue, the inexpensive lock raised concerns regarding the safety of children sleeping alone in that room, especially given the audible foot traffic in the hallway.
The air conditioning units in the main living room and master bedroom functioned effectively. However, only one out of three fans in the unit was operational, leading to elevated temperatures in the other bedrooms. Additionally, two lamps were either non-functional or had damaged plugs.
The bathrooms contained generic, low-cost shampoo, and no face cloths were available. The towels were noticeably aged and worn, and the kitchen lacked essential supplies, making meal preparation challenging.
Overall for the price, we found the property to lacked.
