„It is a lovely home inside with plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchen (for plates, glasses, appliances). Good location for access to main roads. The living room with the grey couch had the most comfortable chairs.“

„My husband and I LOVED this place! It was clean, cozy, and in a great location to get to Summerville Lake and the New River Gorge. The extra attention to detail in decorating and welcome s’more treat was wonderful! The only minor drawback was that we needed directions to get the tv to work. We definitely would stay here again! “

„The housing accommodations were amazing, host was responsive and quick to answer any questions, check in process was super easy with detailed descriptions of what to expect. The kitchen had all the items we needed and was large enough to host a party of 8. I was amazed that even with 8 we never once ran out of hot water. Loved the little fire pit and corn hole game in the back….. Truly an excellent experience!! Thank you so much!! “

„We had a great time. The property was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the deer. Only thing that would make it better would be a softer mattress in the main bedroom and maybe so pillows on the couch . But everything else was perfect. Hope to rent again in future. „We booked with short notice and were completely satisfied. The home was very tidy and our host was accommodating. We didn’t need much but it met all of needs. The location was very close to the New River Gorge attractions. If we were in the area again, we definitely would consider this location again. “

„This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. „We loved this house, so much character. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We cooked and ate our meals here (you can even do a grocery pickup at the Kroger which is not far away). We loved listening to the river, and truly just enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!“

„This property was very clean and comfortable for our trip. We booked a night for our departure and a 2nd night for our return. The home is conveniently located off the Interstate with a Walmart close by that had all we needed. The beds are super comfortable, and the owners communicated with us immediately with our questions, I would stay here again for sure.“
