„Nice and clean house. Needs a little touch up, you can see stains on the ceiling where roof was leaking. Deck’s rails were rough and it was easy to get splintered. The rest was perfect: clean sheets, towels, plenty of dishes We liked it very much“

„Overall it was a very nice stay, and the home was as advertised. The only (minor) drawbacks were that there was noticeable wear and tear in a few places in home (the paint, the kitchen cabinets, outdoor living spaces). Sort of to be expected with rental properties. Great location for several nice golf courses. Plenty of space for 4 guys to each have their own room and bathroom. Game room was a nice feature!“

„Our celebration party had a great stay in this beautiful home in Westhampton. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived with advance communication from host Neil to help with driving directions. The WiFi password is posted on the entry-way board. The post and beam construction is gorgeous and we appreciated the print documenting the process hanging in the entry way. We pre-arranged with Evolve to bring our dog with us and she loved running around the backyard and took her kayaking. ...

„The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, especially important as we like to cook at home. Justin was responsive when I contacted him with questions. Love that the house was dog friendly with a fenced in back yard. The house has been updated inside but the deck needs some TLC, which I am sure are in the plans. A perfect get away!“

If you don`t like industrial produced "things" to eat, all packed and served in plastic, you will have a poor breakfast. Blackberries and joghurt maybe left.
