Nestled on a secluded, elevated plateau conveniently located midway between Kangaroo Valley and Berry, Burrugin Lodge is the perfect destination for your next weekend escape. Here, your days begin with the melodic calls of lyrebirds echoing through the trees, while kangaroos and wombats peacefully graze just outside your window.

This immaculate, brand-new home offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. At the heart of Burrugin Lodge is a light-filled main lounge, where large windows frame breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. In the evenings, curl up on plush leather lounges by the warmth of the gas fireplace.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for the family chef to create memorable meals—or you might choose to hire a local chef to cater for you. An adjoining butler’s pantry features a second oven and dishwasher for added convenience.

Start your mornings with a barista quality coffee from the coffee machine as the ethereal mist lifts, revealing the stunning beauty of Kangaroo Valley.

Adjacent to the main living area is a billiards room complete with its own TV. Please ensure children are supervised while using this space.

Further down the hallway, you’ll find a state-of-the-art media room with a large smart projector screen. Settle into comfortable armchairs to enjoy a movie or catch your favourite sports.

Upstairs, an open-plan lounge provides a great spot for kids to watch a film, leaving parents to relax downstairs. Comfy chairs by a sunny window offer the perfect nook for reading while soaking in the views.

Burrugin Lodge features four sumptuous bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and its own ensuite. The expansive master suite includes a luxurious freestanding bath for added indulgence. There are also some additional beds available for children by request only.

In addition to the gas fireplace, ducted air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

Step outside and listen for the prehistoric calls of black cockatoos overhead, or catch sight of a shy echidna foraging nearby.

The outdoor entertainment area is equipped with retractable screens to keep insects at bay, a gas BBQ, and a pizza oven for alfresco dining. The outdoor spa, perfectly positioned to take in the sweeping views, is sure to be a guest favourite.

As evening falls, relax by the outdoor firepit while the escarpments reflect the afternoon light, and stay to watch the sunset paint the sky in vivid colours. When darkness descends, the clear night skies are perfect for stargazing.

Please supervise children at all times, and note that parties, events, and pets are strictly not permitted. External security cameras are located at the entrance to the property.

There are neighbouring properties in the vicinity, so we ask that guests respect our neighbours’ privacy, avoid entering other properties, and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

Burrugin Lodge is located near the end of a narrow shared road also used by other properties. Please drive slowly, remain alert for oncoming vehicles and wildlife, particularly after dark.

With solar panels, batteries, and rainwater tanks, Burrugin Lodge operates largely off-grid. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of water and power usage during their stay.
