„Overall, property was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive to my questions when I texted. They came right away to drop off some essentials which was very nice! The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend “

„I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience.“

„The Catskill Cottage was a lovely homebase to enjoy Catskill and beyond. In additon to the very clean and cozy space that was just as pictured, the little details such as coffee pods, tea, shampoo, and lotion were wonderful too. David's communication was excellent. „If you want a house that is dripping in charm, check this one out. It's an adorable home with good juju that is only a few minutes walk to the heart of Phoenicia, including the lovely Esopus Creek, of which we provided a photo. We greatly appreciated the comfortable bed, as well as the sauna in the wellness room, and communication with the host was always clear and quick. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is thoughtfully appointed; we enjoyed the delicious coffee from the Nescafe ...

„The facilities offered were great and provided what we needed for our stay. The only issues we had were the overgrown bushes out front prevented us from having visibility to oncoming traffic as we left the driveway. Also, there is a very large tree in the front yard and the limbs/branches extend down to where they will hit your vehicle depending on how large of a vehicle you have. “

„We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!“
