„I stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as it’s very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as it’s free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)“

Das Zimmer war sehr schlechten Zustand vor allem die Hauskeeping !! Nach meiner 4 te Tag habe ich höflich gefragt wegen Zimmer putzen hat sie nur Hand Tücher gewechselt. Bad und Zimmer und bed Kopf Kissen Bezüge blieben schmutzig! Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. My single room on the third floor was small but had everything I needed: private bathroom, towels, soap, hairdryer, and a lovely sash window for fresh sea air. The hotel was quiet at night, which I appreciated.
However, the room showed signs of wear. The carpet was stained and in need of deep cleaning or replacement. A used teaspoon had been left behind, and the duvet cover had a couple of small stains. The lift was very cramped, dusty, and outdated – not suitable for anyone with claustrophobia or hygiene concerns.
Overall, it’s a decent budget option for 1–3 nights, especially for solo travellers. The great location and fair price make it a reasonable choice, though some updates and better attention to cleanliness would greatly improve the experience."
