"A very pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is well located and easy to reach, with a parking garage directly connected to the building and shopping facilities right outside the door. Everything feels surprisingly spacious, probably because the hotel is located in an area that feels more like a commercial or industrial district than the centre of Locarno. The advantage is that there is plenty of space, and this is noticeable throughout the hotel. My room was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The mattress deserves a special mention as it was exceptionally comfortable and I slept extremely well. I also noticed maintenance staff around the hotel on both days of my stay, carrying out smaller cosmetic repairs and improvements. For me, that was actually a very positive sign that the hotel pays attention to keeping the property in good condition rather than simply waiting for things to become a problem. The only real disappointment was breakfast. Compared with the otherwise very good standard of the hotel, the international breakfast buffet felt rather basic and limited and could definitely offer a little more variety and quality. Overall, a very good, clean and comfortable hotel with generous rooms, excellent beds and convenient parking. Not the most charming location in Locarno, but a very practical and pleasant place to stay. I would happily stay here again."
