„Die Lage in der Nähe des Strands ist super, man kann ganz in der Nähe parken, der Pub im Erdgeschoss ist prima (Abendessen und auch das Frühstück) und das Zimmer ist freundlich, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Vom Treiben unten und draussen hört man wenig bis gar nichts. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und mitdenkend. Top, weiter so!“

„We stayed at The Doghouse Inn for two nights with my partner and our dog, and we had a great experience. Check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, and we felt really welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our dog was treated like a guest too, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back.“

„Escaping to the country has never been more fun and magical. The resident robin and all his many friends keep you in that chilled mindset. The town of Rye was 10 mins by car and full of historical charm. It was even being used for filming while we visited. We walked from Rye to Camber sands along the cycle path and there are frequent buses back. “

„As this is a very old inn (parts of it out of the 15th century) you of course cannot expect a super modern equipped hotel. BUT if you look for something special, clean and cosy this is for sure the perfect fit. Check in was easy and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough for a few days stay, very clean and equipped with a good bed, a small TV and good blinds to darken the room. The shower and toilet were on the small side, but also very clean and hot water worked well (as ...
