„Its a nice hostel with reasonable pricing. The location is not the best to get into the City since it's up on the mountain, but that means that it's incredibly quiet there! It's also good for hiking. There is a communal cooking space, but we were surprised that there is no stove there. That means you can only cook with an oven or a microwave.“

„We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. “

„We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. „I stayed here for a half marathon event in Bristol. The apartment was in a quiet part of Bristol, which we liked. Very spacious for the price and we had a great time.
