"Nice apartment with everything we needed. Laundry area is a little grungy and entire property needs a good power wash. Now the positives: outstanding view and balcony area, great little kitchen. It’s also comforting to have own parking stall and easy rubbish removal. Beware of one inch step up into bathroom-I managed to trip! Also shower drains very slowly. Good location to town and 2 beaches a few footsteps away. Would definitely recommend."

"The house is an absolute gem, the online pictures do not do it justice. I've never stayed so close to Batemans Bay before and was pleasantly surprised by this little house. It's tucked away off the main road on a nice little quite street that leads to a lookout. The house itself is a classic seaside beauty, basic, understated and once you've made your way to the back deck, you know you're on holiday! Uninterrupted views across the bay and down the beach.
