I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud ...
