We’ve stayed at the Marriott several times and this place is simply better. The included kitchens helped us avoid nonessential meals in restaurants. Grocery store and pharmacy right there. Incredible staff. The property is slightly aged but whatever. We come to St Kitts once a year and this is our new go-to. We’re very pleased.

Very very good property, great staff, great location we used the beach at Marriott which was across the road. One suggestion is to put frosted glass at the bathroom windows that face the corridor on the #500 room block where we stayed

I stayed here a couple times before and it was amazing but for this stay it was terrible first thing was the front room table as we set our bags on it .. started moving second thing was the refrigerator was we put something on one the selves another one fell down .. and half the lights in the rooms and front rooms were not working.. next thing .. the room like I stayed inside other rooms where I had access to use Netflix or my Disney channel not of the 3 tv’s were smart .. Both rooms were good but for one of the rooms the bed couldn’t even fit an over sized person and the pull out bed in the living room kept dropping down… Inside the small bedroom there was no certain so throughout the night all that could have been done is to cover your head from the reflection of the lights outside the room which was very annoying..

The hotel is a short trip from the airport. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was great. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel which is great, because the rooms all have stoves in them. Transportation is also easy to obtain from the lobby. The restaurants kitchen shuts down somewhat early which is the only negative and it's a small one at that.

What an amazing trip and experience we had. The location was perfect for dining, grocery shopping and even just a morning walk. The staff was great and friendly. The pools were great. Even had live music on Friday night. The gym had a great amount of workout equipment. Wish we had more days to explore everything.

We had Keurig in rm however they ran out of coffee and local grocery store there didn't sell any. On site restraunt charged us almost $5.00 for a 8oz cup with no refills. The sliding glass door was covered in a film and you really could not see out side through it. The staff were very nice and friendly. They only had a band on Friday so weekends were spent across the street at the Marriott. No beach access and BRING BUG SPRAY they sit by a body of water that is over run with Mosquitoes.

All conveniences close to the resort. Restaurants on the property and across the street at the Marriott. Nice pool - very quiet. Great place to watch the 2024 Super Bowl on the Big Screen!

The room was not in good shape, sofa bed mattress impossible to sleep on it , you could each wire. No curtains in one of the room, so the sunlight came in at 6 am. Staff not helpful, because when we open the sofa bed, the sheet from previous customers weee still there so we called reception and they gave us a big bag of bed linen to make the bed ourselves. Not professional at all. I would not recommend this hotel

It is very quiet resort with 2 pools and good dining options. The closest beach is located on Mariott hotel property and it is about 10min walk. If you are not good swimmer then this beach may not work for you because of waves. It is better to rent car if you plan to stay in this hotel and explore St Kitts and Nevis. Rooms that are declared as luxury in description don't look luxury at all but have everything what you need.

Staffing at times was nowhere to be seen. Had to haul our cases to our room by ourselves on arrival, no porter to help. Apart from one lady on the desk this vast space was empty of staff. Hardly any patrons on site only local students. Where is everybody for such a historically good hotel ? The decked area by the little lake was closed allegedy for deep cleaning but no-one cleaning in 2 weeks. Just an excuse for lack of staff. Hardly anyone in the Splash bar/restaurant. What is going on there ?

Price to stay here is WAY to expencive for what it is..There are no views form your rooms and few views from anywhere on this property..Our room was clean and comfortable but so is a Motel 6 with almost comparable rooms...Quoted prices on Expedia we're not honoured at property 64.00 to 150.00us Expedia advertising when actual is 260.00us Don't stay here..Stay right near by for way less and come here for breakfast of dinner, but a night here is not worth the money trust me.

We stayed at the Royal St. Kitts 2 nights in December. We arrived about 2:20p and check-in was 3p. We were told our room wasn’t ready and we needed to wait. I ventured off to find an outside bar after waiting about 15m. It would have been nice to be directed to it while we waited. We were checked in a little before 3p and the staff was very pleasant. Our room was upstairs and we were offered assistance with our back but after waiting we elected to take the bags our self. The room Is spacious, has an outside balcony, great storage etc. The room was mostly clean. The floors and rugs had dog hair and had not been swept or cleaned thoroughly. We only stayed two nights so we didn’t have our room cleaned. The last day we worked out at their fantastic gym. It was pretty clean with a lot of equipment. We asked for towels about 9a. They never came before we checked out at noon. We also swam before checkout but no towels. We left with no towel after about a hour. The lobby was beautiful. Pool area and live music were great. Bartender by the pool didn’t seem to know bartending much but he listened if you walked him through a drink. Staff was pleasant. Oh, and the security is kind of awkward. The just stand around corners and don’t say much. I’ve never seen security that tight at a hotel. Hotel was walkable to several restaurants. Coconut Grove is amazing!!!! Casino is across the street at the Marriott and several other restaurants. Bottom line: I would stay again and recommend.

The staff is friendly, check in was easy, our meals at the “living room” restaurant were quick and delicious. The grocery store is right across the street and our unit has a full kitchen which makes meal prep easy and inexpensive.

Room looked clean but needed upkeep. It smelled like old cigarettes. Property looked worn but pool was nice. Common areas need cleaned up as there were old water bottles and garbage in the landscapes. The area outside the hotel was nice and convenient for food and beaches.
