Shower room: large Italian shower, washbasin unit, illuminated mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail, view of the vineyards. Towels available for hire (€6 per set of bath sheet and towel).
Beds made on arrival with linen sheets.
Bedroom with 160cm bed, high-quality bedding.
Room with 2 bunk beds, 1 140 and 1 90, high-quality bedding.
The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Living room with a sofa and a 1-seater sofa bed.

The Domaine de Kiba, a 7-hectare former agricultural property, includes our house, the 200m2 Maison de Maitre, with 4 suites, each with its own bathroom and toilet, a large living room, a large kitchen/dining area and the Chai, set in the middle of wooded parkland and paddocks.
All the gites have been tastefully renovated, with great attention paid to decoration and comfort.
Both gites can be rented for family and friends gatherings, sleeping up to 18 people and 2 cots.
Tennis court, boules pitch and table tennis available.
Mountain bikes available on loan.
The fitness room will be available from the end of April 2025.
The jacuzzi will be available from June 2025 (to be confirmed as work progresses).

Close to one of the most beautiful villages in France, Talmont sur Gironde, you can enjoy the beaches of Meschers sur Gironde 10 minutes away.
The estate is located on the Canal des 2 Mers, ideal for cycling enthusiasts. We have the ‘Accueil Vélo’ label on the Vélodyssée route.
We are located on the trails of the Route Européenne d'Artagnan, trails for horse riding. Etape Equestre’ label, for those who wish to come on holiday with their horse.
