The Space:
This property is situated on a double block with views! Head up to the backyard and perch yourself on the bench seat with a glass of wine and watch the beautiful Keppel Islands directly from the backyard.

The home comfortably sleeps guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds:

Main bedroom: Queen bed

Second bedroom: Single-over-double bunk

Third bedroom: Single bed

There is 1 bathroom with a separate toilet. Please note the house is not suitable for guests with mobility issues, however there is a chair available that can be used in the shower if needed.

Ceiling fans throughout and constant cool ocean breezes keep the home comfortable year-round — it’s part of the authentic coastal experience.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful with mainly permanent residents & families with only local traffic utilising the street.

Getting Around:
This stay provides some push bikes that guests are welcome to use. A car is the best option should you wish to go into town and explore Yeppoon, however the main street and beaches are just a short walk away.

Other Things to Note:
This property is pet friendly. Pets up to 25kg are welcome in the house. There is no fence around the house & so your pets are welcome inside. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

There is no fence, the neighbours are lovely though.
