Next to the house you will find the "Bar Restaurant Solarium - La Grangia", for a quick snack or a romantic gourmet dinner where Barbara and Marco will be ready to welcome you both in summer and winter.



The ground floor accommodation has been completely renovated and consists of a living room, equipped with a kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed.

Available to guests is the Smart Tv (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).

From the living room, you can access the large garden, master bedroom, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with a comfortable shower.

External parking and bicycle storage available.



The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.

The accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per night is not included.
