The villa is just 5 minutes away from Tavarnelle in Val di Pesa which offers all services needed.
Villa Chianti has a large private fenced outdoor area which surround the property, thanks to its position, set on top of a little hills the villa and garden offers amazing views for the Chianti landscapes, a wonderful driveway with cypress gives the access to the property opening to the perfectly maintained garden; There is a wonderful private pool and a Jacuzzi bath on side located in a panoramic area of the property equipped with sun beds and umbrella, at the pool area there is also a covered patio with table and chairs and stone barbeque where to organize al fresco dinners and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Chianti.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Villa Chianti was recently restored and is developing in two floors; the ground floor feature a bright veranda with elegant sofas, the room access to the billiard room with bar; there is a fully modern equipped kitchen with all necessary such as coffee maker, fridge and freezer, ice maker, electric oven, microwave dish washer etc. A large dining room with table and chairs, and the TV room with satellite.
A stone staircases gives access to the first floor with opens into a second living area with sofas; the floor features 4 double bedroom three of them with double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined to become double. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom with shower or bath tub.

The main attraction of the villa is the private SPA located at the ground floor with Turkish bath, Sauna, and Jacuzzi bath which is always at the guest disposal together with the GYM.

Attached to the villa is the dependence with living area, small kitchen and two additional double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, one with double bed and one with two singles.
Every room is Air conditioned, there are mosquito’s nets in all windows, internet wifi, washing machine and dryer.

Villa Chianti is jut 5 minutes away from Tavarnelle in Val di Pesa where clients can find all necessary needed such as supermarket, bank, bar, restaurants etc. It is just mid-way between Siena and Florence, whit short drive is easy to access to the most beautiful Tuscan towns such as San Gimignano 28 km; Volterra 50 km; Castellina in Chianti 19 km; Siena 48 km; Florence 35 km.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm
Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 1000.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
