„Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location “

„It didn’t go as expected. The room doesn’t appear as how it was on the app. There was this strong smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable and not accommodating at all. Only two bathrooms for 10 rooms is unacceptable. U pleasant at all so I checked out yesterday around 3pm instead of today. We only spent one night and that’s because of the nature of the place. It’s not safe to be there. There is only two bathroom for the ten rooms here and due to that we had to climb like three floors ...

„We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.“

„We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!“

„The house was very clean, well equipped and quiet. We were staying to visit our daughter at college and this proprty was perfect for that. Its centrally located, easy to park and made a great base for our stay. The bedrooms are lovely and there is lots of living space. Theres even a cute garden. Highly recommended.“

„The property was basic but very roomy and clean. TV, shower and bed were great, as was being able to park on the drive. Really appreciated the little extras like tea, coffee, toiletries, washing up liquid etc. Contactless check-in was simple, with very fast communication from the owner whenever I text. Loads of takeaway food options and Tesco mini market nearby which was very convenient too. Thanks “

„Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Frauen 7 Tage dort. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Eine große Küche bietet Platz für alle. Das Wohnzimmer diente uns als Seminarraum. Der englische Charme war in jedem Raum präsent. Der Garten ist riesig groß und hervorragend gepflegt. Jeden Tag konnte man im Garten etwas neues entdecken. Leider haben wir zu wenig Zeit im Landhaus verbracht. David war ein hervorragender Gastgeber- jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr bemüht. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für die wunderbare Zeit. ...

„The property was very well equipped & in a lovely position on the site. It was very peaceful. The couple of queries we had were immediately resolved by the reception staff. If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances. “

„The property is conveniently located for Southmead Hospital, less than 10 mins walk. Generally clean. The front door lock is tricky and could do with being replaced. Kitchen is small but functional, oven and fridge could do with good clean. Cloakroom and washing machine, had a leak could not be used, handyman time keeping not great. Heating on all the time, day and night. Plant room quite noisy. Host good at responding to messages. “
