„There is no reception. For check in and out you have to call a number and a very inpolite and stressed guy tells you when he has time to meet you for check in. For check out its the same. He gives you the feeling not to be welcome at all. The room is old and not clean. The pictures of the room must be very old. There is no extra bed available. „This is my 2nd time staying at Fabulous Mutiara Ville, but different unit and block. What I like about this home is clean and tidy. They've kitchen and iron too. If they've hair dryer, that'll be perfect.“

„Room was quite rundown. Bath towels were dirty. Main door latch was broken and it wasn't fixed after complaint. Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Master Room aircon was not working, had to turn on living room aircon at full blast to keep the room cooled. Windows were dirty and the nice city view was ruined by it.
