6/10 – Okay

At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated.
However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still listed my country incorrectly as THA.
For a five-star hotel charging over €200 per night, this kind of detail should not be overlooked. It is not simply a clerical matter, but one of respect for your guests. If the registration process is required, I would expect the information provided to be properly respected and reflected in your system.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that the room did not provide a kettle, tea, or coffee—basic amenities that I would expect in a hotel of this category. When I inquired, I was directed to the café where drinks and cakes were available for an additional charge. While I understand your property’s offerings, I believe that in-room coffee or tea facilities are a standard expectation at this level.
