Excellent hotel manager and front desk
The hotel manager, who studied in NYC for his master degree, is excellent. All front desk employees are very helpful and good. My only problem was a very low water pressure on the top floor. It was a bit difficult to take shower.... I hope they will find some technical solution for that quickly.

Great place with an amazing price. Room was clean and the staffs were friendly. Drinks were strong as well. One downside (although does not affect me much) is that it is a bit far out from the MRT and crossing the road to RCA does take a lot of courage.

The location is gods because opposite of the hotel is a night market. But that’s it. We have to take the shuttle to central plaza. Lake of entertainment, but the price is attractive. Staff are very kind, but hotel facilities need to improve.

We are very surprised to read that you experience with us was not satisfactory. Initially, you booked for 2 nights stay and then you decided to extend for one more night.
I also would like to express that the room allocated was not facing the street but facing the other side of the building with concealed hermetic window to avoid any air and noise penetration.
On another hand, we have been receiving a lot of compliments for guests stating that our rooms and design are very comfy and pleasant.
Finally, I would like to apologize if our Team did not respond to your demands in a timely manner. I think that you are referring to the room service order during your first night stay. Our Food and Beverage attendant was not entirely sure to confirm your order of 8 bowls of steamed rice. That's why we wanted to re-confirm the accuracy of the order, by another person, before sending the wrong order to the room. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We are continuously training our Team, to improve on every aspect of our service provided to all our valuable customers. As we can see from other reviews, our Team has been receiving great comments regarding their attitude. However, we will make sure to continue to train more to avoid such incident to happen in the future.

When I first arrived I wasn’t able to get an early check in the agent said it will cost 1000 baht. So I asked to check my bags instead and went to sightsee the city. I called the hotel since it was getting late to inform them i would come back late in the night the gentleman on the phone said oh your still coming I said yes he barely spoke English and didn’t understand me. During check out while waiting for housekeeping to check my room a couple came to check in early. I noticed the interaction between the clerk and couple he offered them a seat. The couple proceeded to sit while the clerk checked them in. Than came a lady and brought the couple a welcome drink each. That’s strange I never received one. As I kept watching the clerk I noticed he was checking them in early without charge. I was never treated welcome from the start. I approached the gentleman and asked why I never received a welcome drink he said oh maybe the ladies were busy. I said The ladies were talking they weren’t busy at all. Than I asked why the couple if checked in early and I didn’t his response oh I’m sorryand smile. What he should have done is offered me a welcome drink since I never got one. Just keep in mind The room is extremely small motel. I wouldn’t say it’s a boutique style hotel. It’s near the road far from everything. I wouldn’t stay here again.

After investigating the points mentioned in your review, it appeared that you checked-in at 2 am and therefore due to the late time, we wanted to proceed with the fastest check-in in order for you to be able to relax in your room as soon as you arrived.
We have noted your comment regarding the cleanliness of our bed sheets and you can be re-assured that all bed sheets were replaced before your arrival. However, I passed your comments to our housekeeping team to avoid this problem in the future.
Kindly note that we checked the Air Condition and hot water in your room and both were in a good working order.
Air Condition will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to cool down the room as soon as you enter your room.
Regarding the hot water, it takes few seconds after opening the shower to receive hot water.
I am also really sorry to hear that your first impression upon arrival was not welcoming when the large majority of our guest’s feedback mention the friendliness of our Team Members. Our aim, on a daily basis, is to improve on the service provided to all of our customers by taking into consideration every constructive comment.
Once again, I would like to apologize for the fact that you experience did not meet your expectations and we hope to be able to redeem ourselves in a near future and show you that your last impression does not reflect at all our standards of service.

Could be much better with some basic improvements
The rooms are nice, but our bed sheets smelled like they had been sitting in storage for months without washing or using. I asked the staff to replace them but I think they didn't understand me and just made the bed instead of changing the sheets.
Also, the fact that breakfast wasn't included was very disappointing, considering basically all competitors in that price range do include it.

All were excellent.The staff was very helpful. She was willing to help me put the extra bed. Then I could stay with my 2 kids. She also upgraded our room to the bigger one which was terrific. The room was very clean. All in the room were excellent which made me sleep very well and stay comfortably for 2 nights. I definitely go back again.

Would definitely stay there again
Had an overall pleasant stay. Staff was nice and professional. Room was clean and comfy. Location was near a night market that had good food and cheap. Rooftop bar had a nice ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.

Brought a friend in from the United States and our condo was not large enough to accommodate all. We have been to Zazz for their rooftop bar and it happened to be next door to us. The rooms are immaculate and clean. The staff is very friendly and speak English pretty well. Will definitely use them again when friends are in town.

Good Budget hotel
The hotel is new but it’s not Near the CBD. Overall a decent Budget hotel but somehow the rooms were really small so felt a bit trapped. The rooms and washroom are very clean but hotel is a bit tad small

its super close from RCN, shopping centers, and the local market as well. beds are super cozy. employees are nice, everything was wonderful, however tv is useless. they didnt set any programs on the TV, room sevice, recommended place near hotel, and even their own introduction lol. that was the minor cons. i highly recommend u to stay in this hotel.
