Die Auswahl an Essen und Getränken in der Lounge war fantastisch und es schmeckte alles sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, dann aber zu einer Jahreszeit, in der es nicht ganz so heiß ist.

Einfach nur zu empfehlen
Angefangen von den überaus freundlichen, gut gelaunten und schlagfertigen Herren bei der Vorfahrt, bis zu wirklich sämtlichen anderen Mitarbeitern hat uns das Personal beeindruckt. Freundlichkeit ist speziell in Asien häufig anzutreffen, nur in diesem Fall funktioniert der Service auch und ist dazu noch effizient, das ist wahrlich nicht überall so. Die einzelnen Bereiche (Concierge, Rezeption, Executive Lounge usw.) arbeiten gut zusammen und sind informiert, was der jeweils andere gerade tut und greifen das entsprechend auf. Man muss ein Thema also nicht x-mal darlegen, vielmehr stellten wir mehrfach fest, dass der Informationsfluss offenbar funktioniert. Dabei ist der Service dezent zurückhaltend, sehr angenehm. Die Gebäude und das Zimmer, das wir hatten, sind absolut top in Schuss, der Kategorie entsprechend ausgestattet, auch hier passt alles. Die Lage ist ideal um in den fussläufig zu erreichenden, bzw. direkt angeschlossenen großen Einkaufszentren zu bummeln oder auch um die Vielzahl der dort angesiedelten Restaurants, Cafés usw auszuprobieren. Die Mixtur aus europäischen und asiatischen Elementen hat uns gut gefallen. Speziell auch beim Speisenangebot ist es für uns bei längeren Aufenthalten doch immer wieder schön, auf vertraute Speisen in guter Qualität zu treffen, wie z.B. frische und gute Backwaren zum Frühstück. Für uns ist es ganz klar, dass wir das Kempinski in Bangkok wieder wählen würden.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Service im Gastrobereich war schlecht: lange Wartezeiten bis man einen Tisch zum Frühstücken zugewiesen bekam, teilweise schmutziges Geschirr, nach a-la-carte-Bestellung kam teilweise falsches Gericht! Zimmer sehr ordentlich, haben jedoch einen sehr schmalen Zugang! Die Pools im Gartenbereich liegen fast immer im Schatten, außer der Bereich der Pool-Access-Zimmer! Hier halten sich dann alle Gäste auf, im Pool-Access ist somit keine Privatsphäre vorhanden.
