Eine absolute Empfehlung - eine Top-Adresse!
Das Anantara Siam ist für mich das Top-Hotel in Bangkok. Eine Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Tolle Restaurants, eine Empfehlung ist das italienische "Biscotti", toller Service und einen grandiosen Manager Alessandro, der jeden Wunsch sofort erkennt. Eine besondere Augenweide ist das Atrium mit dem schön angelegten Koi-Teich. Dazu 2 Restaurants und eine Bar sowie ein Café mit Konditorei. Was will man mehr, wenn man so gut aufgehoben ist. Ich kann das Anantara Siam nur den Stempel einer Empfehlung geben. Ich jedenfalls werde das nächste Mal in Bangkok wiederum dort Gast sein.

Sehr schönes Hotel - Schon mehrfach gebucht
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, welches wir bereits mehrfach gebucht haben und auch sicherlich nochmals buchen werden. Der Service ist sehr gut und freundlich, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber. Einziges Negativum kann die Lage des Zimmers sein, wenn nämlich der Balkon oberhalb der Küche liegt. Dies führt teilweise zu nicht so angenehmen Gerüchen - Wir konnten aber ohne Probleme Zimmer wechseln. Zimmertyp war Junior Suite

No me ofrecieron un upgrade habiendo habitaciones disponibles, el late check out, he tenido que insistir mucho, realmente de nada sirve ser miembro gold cuando no te ofrecen nada de lo que ofrece hoteles.com y deberían tenerlo en el sistema y no pedirlo. Hotel viejo, muy buen situado en Siam, gran desayuno y gym , piscina perfecta, staff perfecto, pero discrepo de la gente de recepción que podrían ser mas receptivas.

Horrible stay ! When we first checked in the staff were super rude initially we checked in pretty late but they kept us waiting for so long and told us to wait on the side. Then we politely asked for a late check out since our flight was 1 am that day as we’re “ vip gold Expedia members they disregarded that and said no the latest they can do is 1 pm and THEN we asked for a room upgrade or nicer room since we are again vip Expedia members they also rejected and said no you’d think they would wanna be a little more accommodating these guys were rude and didn’t care about their guests. They then put us in the furthest wing of the hotel super old area literally 5 mins walk to and from elevator. Room was super outdated literally bathrooms from the 90s carpet was old and dirty spider webs on the corners. Absolutely shocked that this is a 5 star hotel ! Please don’t spend your money and stay there service 0 and rooms 0 nothing like the pictures.

Fantastinen hotelli huippu paikalla! Henkilökunta erittäin palvelualttiita ja ystävällistä, juuri sopivasti. Hotellin aamupala on käsittämättömän laaja ja siitä löytyy jokaiselle jotain. Huoneet tilavat, siistit ja tykkäsin sisustuksesta erityisesti. Toinen kerta tässä paikassa ja kun palaan Bangkokiin niin tulen tänne 100% varmasti. Huippu!
