âIt was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . Please see pictures. Unfortunately we didnât had option to move in evening so we request them to change everything and clean the room again which work with 2 more hours of checkin.â
âI enjoyed my stay very much for a number of reasons: 1. Tastefully done room with comfortable beds and a balcony. Very nice. 2. Good staff. Very service oriented and friendly. 3. Good food in the hotel with very reasonable prices. 4. Nice building and lobby. Very friendly guy at the entrance. You feel welcome right from the start. The only bad thing is that I stayed only 2 nights. Will come back and stay longer next time.â

âThe staff were all great and kind. They are there to help. They have a restaurant on the ground level convenient for early breakfast or late dinner. Bathroom was clean and disinfected. Utilities such as ceiling fan and AC unit were functioning. Simply itâs a place to stay if you are looking for economical places for short trip to Mumbai alone or friends â
âMy father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well.
They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day.
There are good and reasonable food options nearby and they let you carry food inside the room.

âThis is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious. Wi-Fi was patchy and needed rebooting regularly in an adjacent room.â

Der Chef des Hauskeeping war sehr zuvorkommend, nach Topperauflage schliefen wir viel besser! Auch Essen und Service im Botticino (italienisches Restaurant im Hotel) hervorragend.
