The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate WC
First floor
- A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The staircase between the two areas is not safe; it is not suitable for young children, as there is a risk of falling.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan.


Outside:
- A 20 m² terrace to enjoy the warm weather
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from June to September.

The terrace, at a height of one metre, is not equipped with railings, so the risk of falling is prevented by large planters. The terrace is not suitable for children.

The flat is ideally located in Bandol, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Access from the ground floor to the first floor is via an outside staircase only. There is no internal staircase linking the two levels.
- A camera is installed outside the flat at the entrance to secure access; it is completely deactivated during travellers' stays.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
