"Hotel was really clean and that was the only plus point. Minus points: -really loud (construction) -really loud (other hotel guests) -really loud (room 5 has an extra construction for the toilet and bathroom for room 4 so we felt like we were sleeping in the bathroom for room 4. We could hear everything, every time they went to the bathroom!) toilet for room 4 is on the left when standing in front of the bed in pictures. -towels weren’t changed. But after we asked for new towels on the 2nd day, they mentioned that old towels should be thrown on the floor to be changed and not put in the bathtub. -only got one small packet of shower gel and shampoo per person daily. -breakfast was in one of the restaurants owned by the hotel. Rabbit or Piazza. Very extremely bad and slow service. Our coffee order didn’t come on the second day and when we asked, we were told they only have one barista. Many people complaining and leaving after a long wait. One service staff managing all 3 restaurants. The taste and quality of food and drinks were good but not worth the dirty restaurant and lack of staff. DONT BOOK BREAKFAST if you want to have a nice stay! Glad we left after 3 nights of barely getting sleep!"
