Upon receiving your complaint at 11:05pm, we immediately attempted to address the issue by contacting the occupant of the adjacent room; however, we were unable to get a response as the senior lady was already asleep. Our site manager conducted a thorough check of the surrounding rooms the following morning and issued warnings accordingly to rooms 1 & 2.We regret that we were not able to resolve the matter more promptly and understand this may have affected your experience. Hi John, firstly thank you for leaving your feedback. This motel has no old unremoved aircon frame, and no window box aircon before, the new aircon was replaced on the wall at the same position! Are you giving feedback to another motel on your trip? We just checked the room 1 you stayed in has no cracks in walls or falling wood at all.All the showerheads were replaced a year ago only by a team that subsided with the government fund. We had no complaint about the showerhead but will check and replace it if needed.Regards

Hi Goksem,After you reported the air conditioner, our staff attended to the issue straightaway, restarted the unit and it blew out cold air just after 1 minute. The unit was 2 years old only btw. We did not receive any complaints at your checkout.Best Regards,

We feel sorry for your experience and thank you for leaving the feedback. You requested compensation via Expedia and we are working on the case. Here are some facts we noted: There is a sign on the reception door to reminder guests to use the video doorbell or call the telephone number, both are 24 hrs diverted to the manager's mobile. The manager's family is living on-site and working in both the reception and laundry room. Manager greeted and waved hand to you when you checked out near the laundry room.Public pools just accross the road and shared by 3 motels around, surcharge applied was ticked on Expedia setting and we had no complaints over last 5 years.Room 15 door has been checked on Friday first time we saw your complaint. The next family had checked in and we fixed the door after their checkout because they were fine with the door and told me we could do it later.Sorry for the dead flies on the basin, our cleaning reord shows only 1 day vancancy of room 15 before your arrival and it's been hot and cold days and we appologize for the mischeck as we are all experiencing lack of staff during the holiday period.Best Regards,Joe OwnerEureka Lodge Motel
