„Habitación muy limpia y agradable para estar. Con ubicación muy buena y es seguro“

„Felt very safe and staff were wonderful and friendly. Would recommend to everyone“

„The service was amazing“

„I had two rooms at this property and we had a late check-in and a early departure when we were trying to leave the property they wanted us to turn in our room keys. They are actual physical keys before we leave the premises we neglected to turn in the key and had to leave them our drivers license that made us feel very uncomfortable of how and why would we give basically the garage boy our room keys with all our personal items in the room“

„Unterkunft war nicht wie beschrieben “

„AC was not working, the door of my room was not working properly.“

„No tenían abanicos“

„Lo único bonito de esta propiedad era su vista al mar creo que para los precios que tienen los cuartos se me hacen un estilo muy viejo necesitaría modernizarse más cuando dicen que es un Hotel de cuatro estrellas y el agua caliente se acabo y empezó a salir agua fría, El servicio al cliente es de lo peor tienen un personal en el front desk que necesitan ser capacitadas para poder dar un buen servicio de cinco estrellas como dijo la muchacha que era el Hotel está muy sobrevalorado este hotel ...

„We ordered breakfast and it was delicious! The view is beautiful and it was super romantic. The drive there was a little sketch for me but once you drive it once it’s fine. I liked that the property was gated. The staff were quick at answering my messages through the app. FYI the tub in the room is on the smaller side, me and my honey barely fit in it together so that was kind of disappointing but the room was still super cute. Loved it ^_^“

„Super hotel wir waren sehr zu frieden. Kann man nur empfehlen.“

„The air conditioning in my room did not work. I reported it several times, and staff kept saying they were working on it, but nothing was resolved. I requested another room and was told none were available. The only solution offered was a fan. I paid full price for a room with working air conditioning, and a fan was not an acceptable replacement. Because the issue remained unresolved, I left and returned home. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the accommodations I paid for.“
