"Bei Anreise haben wir einen bereits bezahlten Gutschein für eine Übernachtung und ein Essen im Luxusrestaurant vorgelegt. Dieser wurde akzeptiert. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau wollten wir dann zum Essen in das Restaurant, als man uns mitteilte, dass der Gutschein nicht gültig sei. Alle Versuche zu einem Kompromiss wurden abgelehnt, sodass wir sofort abreisten. Natürlich mussten wir zum Aufenthalt auch die nicht genutzte Nacht komplett zahlen.
