„No hot water, no heating in accommodation. Was like 3 weeks before I made booking ( evidence from tenant who had been there for months). Why advertise a property with no hot water or heating in peak winter??!! The description of facilities shared was small print on hotel.com site , so you can imagine my frustration on arrival Accommodations caretaker not responding or returning calls for support. Avoid the accommodation and all others owned by this firm … total fraud. I expect compensation “

„This is a total scam. To start with, this is not a hotel as advertised. This is a multiple occupancy house. The condition of the propert is deplorable. The smell of the room is unbearable, as if an animal has died and rotted in it. Upon arrival, I found the sink cracked and leaking on the bathroom floor flooding it. The so called emergency number was only operated till 5 pm only. I sent a message on their WhatsApp group as advised but the answer came the following day. I was so much disguated ...

„Lovely little cottage that is tucked away. The street is quiet with only the chickens and birds to listen to. The property was cleaned and tidy. Only negative being the wifi was sketchy. Navigating the street tricky with lots of on-road parking. Would be happy to stay again when in the area.“
