Located on the 1st floor accessible by lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, small freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...

Sleeping area:
- A large bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and access to the balcony.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

- A balcony of about 7 m², facing East, not overlooked and furnished with 2 sun lounger, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the river La Pique!

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
