Great property. Excellent facilities. Unfortunately staff really not up to delivering service level at rates charged. Great hotel but better value and service levels elsewhere.

Dear Robert, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that the service did not live up to your expectations, despite the efforts of our staff. In fact, on the day before your departure you advised us that you would like to leave early, despite the fact that breakfast normally starts at 7:30am. Our team explained to you that we could have gladly prepared a full breakfast to take away, but you still insisted on having breakfast in the morning. We therefore confirmed that it would only be possible to receive yoghurt, müssli and coffee from 6:45am onwards, as our room staff are not available before then. Despite the fact that we repeatedly said 'not before 6.45am', our waitress in charge of breakfast found you in the breakfast room at around 6.30am serving yourself tea (clearly cold, as the hot water system is automatically activated later), and what's more, you were still in the dark, as the lights in the buffet are automatically activated at 6.40am.In spite of the long advance, for which our team was therefore unprepared, you still had the buffet almost in its entirety, since in the meantime the waitress had started to fill up (with cold meats, cheese and fruit). We were very sorry to see you so disappointed that morning, as we had been told that we could only serve yoghurt, müssli and coffee at that time. If you had asked for confirmation for breakfast before arranging the taxi, we could have clarified this in good time and advised you to postpone it by at least 15 minutes, or we could have planned our waitress's working hours so that we could accommodate your early morning needs. A very new hotel with excellent service. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The design of the room and hotel are really cool and fancy. Very comfortable hotel with amazing view in room, swimming pool and sauna.
