The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. „We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!“

„Da wir mit dem Nachtzug bereits um 7:30 vor Ort waren hatte ich einen early check-in angefragt ohne eine Antwort zu bekommen. Vor Ort war es dann "leider" nicht möglich, fand ich sehr unflexibel obwohl das Hotel sichtlich nicht ausgebucht war.

"Das Hotel besteht aud 2 Häusern. Jedes Haus hat einen Pool auf dem Dach im 8. OG. Aber nirgends gibts schöne Schattenplätze oder Sonnenschirme. Und nur 2 Liegestühle sind halt schon ein bischen mager. Diesbezüglich besteht Verbesserungsbedarf! Abgesehen davon ist alles bestens und auch für längere Aufenthalte (8 Nächte in unserem Fall) sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, das Personal äusserst zuvorkommend und die Umgebung (Nimman) das umtriebigste Viertel der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften aller Art."

Das Personal ist nicht sehr freundlich, dies haben wir in anderen Hotels in Thailand ganz anders erlebt. Zum größten Teil findet man hier Chinesische Touristen. Einen Safe werden Sie in den Zimmer vermissen und bis in die Stadt braucht man ein wenig. Den Fluglärm hört man den ganzen Tag und Nacht. Des Weiteren riecht man die Holzwände und alten Holzmöbel stark im Zimmer. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen."
