The parking is permit only and you will have 1 permit to utilise, a second car can be parked in the driveway to the rear of the property.

It is situated near the seafront that you can have a leisurely stroll along or take your kids to the beachpark or softplay area. It is also central to the busy towncentre which has many shops, bars and restaurants and is not too far from the historic Burns Cottage and Burns Monument. The property has 1 permit which should be used for street parking, this can be found on the shelf in the lower hallway at the front door. There is one further space in the rear garden and there is a code available to open the padlock.. Please return the permit to the house before leaving as South Ayrshire Council wont supply any spare passes, non return of the pass may affect the return of your security deposit. Please also close the rear gates in the garden when you leave.
