Family of four. mom, dad, 9yr and 17yr.
First impressions are fantastic. We booked a room for all four and we got a very nice room, where we could separate the beds to 2 + 2- PERFECT and very surprised.
The pool is nice, right temperature, great for playing and swimming, and relaxing. There is a baby pool and a bubble bath. Nice surroundings.
BUT then the good things stop.
The hotel was a mix of families and youn very noisy people, away from mom and dad for the first time. They completely smashed our vacaition, I did sleep from prox 6 am to 10 am for a week.
They were hammering our door, each other's doors running back and forth, partying and getting back from the city during the night between 3-5 am.
The reception did not care too much, they blamed it on the agency the kids was traveling with.
When the group of kids finaly left... a new group of exactly the same type of youngster moved in and started all over.
We got a voucher from the manager on 4 drinks and dinner at the hotel.... we traded that for a late checkout... But my god.
We have had our vacation for 6 years in Aya Napa, never ever have we had these problems.
Management must find out if they are a youth hostel or a family vacation hotel. Right, do NOT stay here as a family. Go to Panthera, Sunwing's hotels etc. they got it all covered.
