„Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.“

The weather wasn't cooperating the first couple of days and so highway 12 was blocked the first couple of days, but the host Donika and VRBO were accommodating and helped us find alternate places to stay, and we were able to make it work and had a great time. „This house is the perfect place for a week in OBX! Extended family came together and had plenty of room to spread out to have our own space, and more than enough room in the main living and dining areas also! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large crowd, beds are very comfortable, and the elevator is perfect, especially for getting luggage in and out. The view of the beach was wonderful!
