The house smelled like per urine, wood floors horribly stained. The furnishings are like what someone would find thrifting - two outdoor plastic lawn chairs are in the dining room. „House wasn’t very clean, we ended up having to clean a lot of the counters and house ourselves. The pictures made the house look a lot cleaner and lighter than it actually was. Very good customer service though, they were responsive and sent maintenance over asap when things were needed. Overall experience was good. “

The curtains, home decor and bedding in all 4 bedrooms were nicely appointed. My feedback is more about attention to detail/cleanliness! It was shocking to find bath cloths/towels torn/stained presented for guest to use.
